Fall Fun

So it always blows my mind how long it has been since I wrote my last post. I guess that is what happens when you're full time students at BYU, work, and have church callings. So once again here is a quick re-cap of what we've been up to.

Andrew's "Dumb Phone" finally hit the dust.
So he got a free Iphone :)
We carved pumpkins with our cousins Jessica and Travis. Ours is the one on the left.
 An up close picture
Happy Halloween from Princess Peach and Luigi!! We had a fun party with our cousins thanks to Kate and Taylor. The food was great and we had a really fun night.

Just Andrew and Cam working hard at the MTC. Yes, they get payed to play basketball.

Recap!

So I can't believe that we've not posted since the first day of school.  School is now half way through the semester...YAHOO!  The fastest way to explain all that has happened will be through pictures. Enjoy!!!

Andrew liked the little grocery carts.
BYU vs. Utah Tailgate party in Salt Lake.

Their faces were really intense, so I had to take a picture.
We got to baby sit Lucy overnight...that was an ADVENTURE!

Sunday drive up American Fork Canyon

So we headed up to Logan for a quick get away.  We  went to USU's homecoming football game.  It took a lot of work to get Andrew to wear a USU shirt, let alone take a picture in it.

He finally did smile.
My parents have way good seats.  This is not zoomed in at all.
The second season of Duck Dynasty premiered.  We went to my brother's house to watch it.  We also decided to dress up for this wonderful occasion.... ;)
I headed up to Logan for a girls weekend in Logan to go to Time out for Women.  We had a lot of fun with Lucy and my two sister-in-laws.
I put Lucy in my cheer outfit.  She liked it. :)

I just love this boy. We match without even trying.

First Day of School

Well our summer finally had to come to end with the start of school.  This year is a little less stressful than last year.  Last year we had only been married for two weeks and were still trying to move into our apartment.  Something different this year was me dropping Andrew off at work at 6 am.  For me it was my first day of my senior year at BYU.  It is exciting to go to school now and see the light at the end of the tunnel.  We're excited for the school year and hope that it won't be too stressful!!

Andrew's Birthday

Andrew's birthday in August.  Even though it was a while ago it was really fun.  The day started with me giving Andrew breakfast in bed.  I felt kind of bad because I had to wake him up to do it because I had to be at my internship by 8.  While I was at my internship for most of the day, Andrew got to go golfing and just have the day all to himself.  That night we headed to American Fork to have a party.  Some of my siblings came as well as Andrew's family and cousins.  We played games revolving around Andrew thanks to Lauren and Dad Bangerter.  The night ended with Andrew blowing out the candles on an AWESOME BYU german chocolate cake that my sister-in-law Jody made.  She is trying to start a cake decorating business so she wanted the practice.  (We are more than happy to help her practice!!) The next day we headed to Tucano's for lunch and then went and saw the movie, The Odd Life of Timothy Green.  It was a great Birthday Week for Andrew.  I love celebrating birthdays especially Andrew's, because I'm so grateful to have him in my life.

This is for his future office

Wicked

I finally got to see Wicked after waiting 7 months! It was really different than what I thought it was going to be.  I didn't realize it would be so funny.  The actors that played the main parts were seriously the most amazing actors I've ever seen.  They were so good together and their voices were incredible.  My eyes were glued to the stage the whole time.  Thanks Mom & Dad King for such a wonderful birthday present in August!! :)

12 Hour St. George Trip

This past weekend we headed down to St. George for out last trip of the Summer.  We were heading down to go to Tuacahn to see Aladdin.  On our way down my dad's truck broke down in between Fillmore and Beaver.  Two hours later the tow truck came and towed us to Beaver.  After 5 hours in Beaver and the mechanic not really knowing what was wrong with the truck, my brother Bryce came and rescued us.  He had to drive an hour just to come get us.  We were SOO grateful to see him! A trip that should have taken 3 hours took us 12 hours.  After that wonderful adventure we saw Aladdin on Friday night.  This was probably my favorite play that we've ever seen at Tuacahn.  It had 3-D parts, lots of fireworks, and the magic carpet flew over your head.  The weekend went by really fast but it was a great way to end our Summer full of vacations.  We were really lucky this year to get to go on a lot of vacations and have a relaxing Summer.  We're not quite sure how next Summer will be since we don't know where we'll be going for an internship.  We'll just have to wait and see!!

 Waiting for the tow truck!
We played a lot of Skip-Bo during out time on the side of the road!
All trying to fit in the tiny tow truck!!
Andrew's legs were kind of all over the place!
My mom and I laughing so hard about how much fun this was!

The lovely diner that we ate at..don't worry they didn't take credit cards....haha

The mechanic had to close so we had to take all our stuff out of the truck and sit outside the store.

My dad likes to sit really close to the stage.  So close that you can see the actors seat dripping from their faces.
My handsome husband waiting for the show to start! :)
