St. Patrick's Day and a Jazz Game

It has been awhile since I've written on the blog.  So here is a quick update on what has been happening in our lives.  For St. Patrick's Day we went a little crazy with dying all our breakfast food green.  We made our eggs, hot chocolate, and cereal green. (As you can see from the pictures) That is pretty much all that we did to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.

On a more exciting note, Andrew had the chance to go to a Jazz game as a member of the press.  He got to sit on press row.  The best part of the night was when he got to go inside the Jazz locker room and interview players.  He was in HEAVEN!!! The first thing that he told me was that "NBA players are BIG guys."

We're so grateful that he has had this chance to be an intern for KSL Sports and all the opportunities that he has had. Like interviewing BYU football players, getting to go watch Selection Sunday with the press and then interview the BYU basketball players, and then of course the Jazz game.  We're sad to see this internship come to an end in about 4 weeks but we're glad that he decided to do it.

Well that is the update on the Andrew and Caitlyn Bangerter Family!

Lucy

On Wednesday we got to baby-sit our niece Lucy.  We were so excited because Lucy is a very funny little girl.  She just turned two and is a drama queen already....but in a cute way.  All night she was doing super cute things and kept us entertained.  She loves Andrew and always has to be by him.  When it got closer for her to go to bed she stalled grabbing her books.  She grabbed her animal book and climbed next to Andrew. When we got to the bear page SHE LOVED IT.  She would not stop laughing every time she did the noise of a bear.  Needless to say we stayed on this page for quite awhile.  The video is evidence!

Pass of all Passes

Andrew and I decided to buy the pass of all passes from Seven Peaks. We got it for $30 dollars each and it is good for one year.  You get in to places like Seven Peaks and Trafalga.  It has been so much fun to use and we've only had it for a month.  As of right now, we've only gone to the Trafalga in Orem and done mini golf.  We tried going to the one in Lehi on a Saturday.....BAD IDEA.  It was SOO packed with little kids and crazy teenagers. So we've been going on weekdays when no one else is there, which has worked out pretty well.

The best part of this pass is that Andrew has now decided to analyze our stats on our mini golf scores.  This way we can improve on each hole and on the different courses. haha It's fun being married to a stats major.  I love watching Andrew get excited when he talks about statistics.

I forgot to put the flash on.

Seth's Birthday

Today Seth turns 20.  Seth is Andrew's little brother who is serving a mission in Berlin Germany. He has been out for about 10 months now.  He also is a big reason why Andrew and I are married.  He was there to give encouragement to Andrew to ask me out.  He then was part of the proposal planning committee, which I hear that he liked to plan a lot of crazy things.  He did come through though in the end by surprising us and filiming our proposal from the top of LaVell Edwards Stadium.  This post is a little tribute to Seth, my first younger brother, only by three months though.  He is one of the nicest guys that you'll ever meet.  When you first meet him he treats you like you've been friends for years.  He cares about everyone around him and will do anything for them.  I'm glad I got to meet him before he left but he is doing what he is suppose to be doing by serving the Lord.  We love reading his emails and hearing from him each week.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY SETH!!! :) :)
